Please excuse the mixed communication you may have received regarding the upcoming season. Last minute changes to dates are not coming from the office, and I regret that the messages surrounding those changes have caused some confusion.

Here are updates to dates and what you need to know.

PLAYERS/PARENTS:

• Team formation is wrapping up.
• Wait list players will be contacted beginning today and through the weekend to let you know if there is space on a team.
• Players cannot be rostered to a team without age verification and spots will be given away if that step is still incomplete.
• Coaches will receive their team rosters by 8/9 and will reach out to teams after that.
• U6 and above can start practices 8/16. Practice days/times/start dates are up to the coach of your team.
• Dick’s Sporting Goods and Academy Sports + Outdoors shopping days are coming up the weekend of 8/12. Check website for coupons.
• Season opening games are 9/10. Schedules usually get posted two weeks prior.
• Please do not email/call the office asking what team your player is on.

COACHES:

• Age group commissioners are in the process of reaching out volunteers to confirm their commitment/placement and also request registration if it hasn’t been completed.
• Coaches cannot be linked to a team without registration, background, and SafeSport complete. There are instructions on all three steps on the coach registration page.
• THERE IS NOT AN IN-PERSON MEETING on Saturday, 8/6. The presentation link and practice sign-up link will be posted and emailed out to coaches instead.
• Rosters available 8/9. Corresponding info/instructions will be posted and/or emailed to coaches.
• The Coaches’ Clinic hosted by our competitive club partner coaches will be Saturday, 8/20 in the morning. The website will have timing details.
