2020 Adult Coed Champions
Congratulations to GSSA's Pussycat FC, winner of the Adult Coed A Division.
Adult Rec leagues
GSSA participates in the Northern Mid-Cities Soccer League (NMCSL) Adult Soccer program for players 18 and older. GSSA's Coed teams play teams from CSA, BESA, and GNWSA.
Our Coed league plays 11v11 on full-sized fields on Sunday evenings. There cannot be more than 5 men on the field, and there must be at least one female on the field – not including the goalkeeper. For example, if you only have 3 female players, you play down 2 players (5 men + 3 women + 1 keeper).
We are not currently offering a league for Men's 7v7 teams.
The Coed league is recreational but is divided into two divisions, one more competitive than the other. There is no slide tackling. The goal is to have fun while minimizing on-field injuries. The Coed league plays 45-minute halves. Substitutions can be made at any stoppage, but must be called for and acknowledged by the ref.
Players register as individuals but are welcome to form their own teams. Do this by entering a team name on your registration, or by emailing your team list to [email protected].
We charge $90 per season ($25 for female players). This does not include the uniform, which each team coordinates.
Max roster size is 25.
Spring season runs late February through early May and fall season runs late August through early November.
