Uniform Fittings, Age Verification and Scholarship Registration

The office will be open on Saturday, January 4th, January 11th and January 18th from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

Uniform Fittings
If you are unsure of your player(s) uniform size, come by and try on sample sizes. We can update your registration form accordingly. All sizes must be finalized by January 19th.

Age Verification
All players are required to show proof of age with a birth certificate. If you have not sent your birth certificate, you can bring it by the office for verification. Please be aware that players will not be rostered to teams without this verification. If you are unsure whether or not yours has been verified, please email us at [email protected].

Scholarship Registration
If your player qualifies for free/reduced lunch at school, you can come by the office to register. Please bring proof of lunch eligibility and your player(s) birth certificate.
