Team Manager Meeting

Location:  Corona Friends Church - 1220 W Ontario Ave, Corona, CA 92882 
Time: 9am - 11am

Attention All Team Managers!!!

This is a mandatory meeting for all team managers.  
You must have your team information sheet completed to receive your shirts and team uniforms.

The Information sheet was given to all coaches with their team rosters to fill out.  If they lost their information sheet then ask them for the following information:

Head Coach:  Name, Phone #, and Email Address
Assistant Coach:  Name, Phone #, and Email Address
Team Manager:  Name, Phone #, and Email Address
Referee #1:  Name and Email Address
Referee #2:  Name and Email Address
