Melissa has been coaching since college and playing since she could remember. She began coaching with GSSA in Spring of 2005. She joined the board in Fall of 2007 and had many roles and been on several committees. She is currently coaching 2 teams with GSSA and is enjoying being a board member, coach and player in the adult league and indoor. She also has a daughter who plays and referees.

About Chris Burton: Chris has served on the GSSA board since 2002, and served as president from 2006 to 2013. Chris has previously served as Scheduler II.
Chris holds a USSF National 'D' coaching license and is a USSF Grade 8 Referee.

About Al Riera: Al has served 26 years as a US Army Officer. He Currently works for an Architectural & Engineering Firm as a Program Manager. Mentored and coached many military athletes during his time on Active Duty. Played indoor and outdoor soccer with US, Brazilian and Chilean military personnel. Is currently the assistant coach for a U14 and a U16 Girls Recreational team.

George has been involved as a youth soccer coach for over 20 years in various leagues including North Dallas Chamber, Plano Premier League, Arlington Premier, Primetime Club, as well as several recreational leagues. George currently coaches U12-Boys and U14-Girls teams with the Grapevine Southlake Soccer Club (GSSC). Playing experience includes 25 years of outdoor and indoor soccer in various adult leagues. George has also managed numerous adult and youth soccer teams, and is a board member with the Grapevine Southlake Soccer Association.
George is married and has five children, all of which have played youth soccer at the competitive level. Outside of soccer, George is an Ironman level triathlete and enjoys running, swimming and cycling.
George is a USSF “D” licensed coach.

Michael has been involved in youth soccer for over 5 years. Michael is the assistant coach on his oldest daughter’s team and is an assistant coach on the indoor team. Playing experience includes 25 years of outdoor and indoor soccer in various leagues. Michael is a new board member with the Grapevine Southlake Soccer Association this year.
Michael is a USSF Level “2” licensed coach. Michael is also registered for referee training and higher Coach training.

About Dianne Hackney: Dianne joined in 2011 and has been instrumental in raising the level of GSSA's customer service and improving the administrative side of GSSA .
