Mini-Jogo for Pre-K

Mini-Jogo was one of the first programs of its kind on the D/FW area. Mini-Jogo provides a fun-only atmosphere for introducing young children and their parents to the game of soccer.

Register for Mini-Jogo through our Youth Recreational Soccer Program.

Player Eligibility

Registered players in the U4 or U5 age group teams are automatically participating in Mini Jogo with their Saturday scheduling.

Need More Info?

We have had a lot of questions recently about soccer programs for younger kids.  Our U4 and U5 (Under 4 and Under 5) age groups are in a program called Mini-Jogo.  Players on U6 through U12 age level teams  (even if they are 4 years old and "playing up") do not participate in Mini Jogo, but qualify for our Monday Night Skills sessions. Please see "Monday Night Skills" in the Programs tab.

All Mini Jogo teams are co-ed. They meet on Saturday at Bob Jones Park for about an hour. During the first 30 minutes – a large-group session – players are shown a drill, or activity, which they then practice with their teams. After a practice period, players play a game for 30 minutes.

We are always short on coaches for this group.  It is very structured and all of the parents are there to help.  We need people to step up and say that they will be Head Coach. This mainly means that you will communicate with the other parents, attend the coaches meeting and pick up the uniforms.  We will provide you with any help that you need.
