I'm registered. What's next?

I'm registered, what's next?

Birth Certificates: If you are NEW to GSSA or have not yet had your player's age verified*, please email or mail a copy of the player's birth certificate or registration is subject to cancellation. Email to [email protected]. Office mailing address is: 1001 W. Northwest Hwy, Suite D, Grapevine, TX 76051.

*If age has already been verified, the player's GotSoccer player information will show "verified by" under the date of birth and state. If not, you MUST submit a birth certificate.

Team assignments: Teams are formed during the 2 weeks after registration ends. Players will be assigned to teams based on our team formation policy. Buddy requests are not guaranteed. Coaches will notify players of team assignments AFTER the coach's meeting on August 29th, so expect to hear from your coach within a week following that meeting.

All registrations fees are due upon registration and must be paid before players will be placed on a team.

Coaches: If you plan to coach or assist for 2020/2021, please register beginning June 1. All coach registrations expire on May 31st of each year, so ALL coaches must register annually. Once available, 2020/2021 coach registrations can be completed here.

Cancellations: For Fall 2020, registrations are fully refundable through the end of registration. If you should need to cancel your registration after August 16, please refer to the refund policy on the GSSA Policies page on our website. Please be sure to review all GSSA Policies posted on our website.

Start Dates: Mini-Jogo and GSSA Interleague (U4-U8) games are expected to begin September 12, 2020. U9 and up are scheduled in the Northern Mid-Cities Soccer League and that start date has not been determined yet.
